The EVOLVE brand was born in April 2018 from an idea of its founder Stefano Fragapane.
Born in Italy, Stefano discovered his passion from the age of 13.
At the age of 19, after attending basic hairdressing schools in Italy, Stefano decided to broaden his
knowledge by travelling and working as a hairdresser in Barcelona, then travelling the world on board a
cruise ship with the aim of discovering new cultures and delving into the world of hair & beauty at an
international level, gaining a lot of awareness and experience that made him grow up with an open minded
and future-oriented career.
Arriving in London, Stefano was able to complete an important academy for his professional career.
After having worked with different cultures, and in top salons around the world, in April 2018 Stefano founded EVOLVE, a brand specialising in hair colouring and hair care, which was created to respond to the needs and desires of those women who value their hair, relying on professionals and experts in continuous training.
Since 2019 Stefano has been a Master student in one of the most important training schools in Rome in our sector, starting a path in business management for beauty salons with the aim of growing, creating and giving young people who choose to be part of the EVOLVE family a quality professional future and great opportunities for growth.
Thanks to this mentality we are LEADERS in the Zurich market in our field, and EVOLVE aspires to recreate the success of existing salons in other European cities.
The key to guaranteeing a quality result is knowledge and constant training, which is why THE EVOLVE METHOD was created, a real in-house laboratory that trains its TEAM at 360 degrees, also investing in and relying on the world’s best hairstylists.
IN 2021 after the success of the salon in ZURICH, the first EVOLVE franchise was born in IBIZA, a salon in the
city centre headed by partner GIULIO DAOLIO.
