CONSULTATION
Listen. Understanding each person and their needs is a big part of our method. In fact, we deem the consultation to be crucial to achieve the desired colour objective. Upon requesting an appointment, we’ll start with a pre-consultation directly via our WhatsApp chat. In some cases, we’ll ask for a photo that shows your current hair to better understand the point of departure. Also, we may ask for a photo of your goal so that we can advise you on the menu that suits you best.
